Working with our professor, we are a class of 17 students striving to understand the ins and outs of journalism in the digital age. This blog is part of Wheaton College’s Film and New Media Studies course, Journalism 2.0. Our purpose is to discuss and dissect the way in which journalism operates in our everyday lives, and how it proves to be an ever-changing channel of information. On this page, we will collect and publish all of our projects throughout the Spring 2020 semester. We hope to promote civic engagement and greater media literacy on campus through our work as we experiment with various techniques regarding civic journalism.
